Backed by the Regional Worker Accommodation Fund (RWAF), this state-of-the-art modular build will deliver 28 apartments (37 bedrooms), exclusively for key workers in healthcare, education, aged care, professional services, and other essential industries.

The Stewart St Apartments project is proudly a local effort, driven by Shepparton-based builder JMB Modular Buildings.

JMB Modular brings advanced modular construction expertise to the project, ensuring high- quality, sustainable housing delivered with speed and precision. Their purpose-built Shepparton factory allows much of the construction to be completed off-site, reducing disruption to the local community and enabling strict quality control.

By engaging local contractors, trades, and suppliers, this project ensures that investment stays in the Goulburn Valley region. From fabrication to finishing, Stewart St Apartments is creating a local supply chain that not only delivers this development but also strengthens Shepparton’s long-term capacity to respond to the statewide housing shortage.
